According to Prosecutor General Andrii Kostin, the Russian military was responsible for over 9,000 war crimes in the Bucha district of Kyiv Oblast during their occupation. Kostin stated on Facebook that when the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated Bucha a year ago, evidence of the enemy’s unprecedented level of atrocities became apparent.
