Recipe
3T brown sugar
1T soy sauce
1T avocado oil
Vacuum seal backstrap in the marinade,
refrigerate for 3 hours-overnight.
1lb Bacon giver or take a few strips, wraparound backstrap and secure with tooth picks.
Turn on broiler and and heat up the pan.
Drop the bacon wrapped venison in the hot pan and place under broiler. Watch and turn the venison so the bacon browns evenly.Broil until internal temp is 140’f to 160’f.
Allow the meat to rest so the juices reincorporate. Slice and serve, enjoy!
