I Love Deer meat and this is my favorite recipe so far! take a deer steak and stuff it with whipped Cream cheese, diced Jalapeno peppers, italian sausage and a sprinkle of Everglades Seasoning. to finish up, wrap it in applewood smoked bacon and lightly dust the top with Cactus Dust! Broil on high for 5 minutes per side or until you reach your preferred temperature! it is SOOO GOOD!!!!
