Simple but Super Delicious recipe for your backstraps!!! I marinated these overnight but you can cook this in a couple hours also. I also cut the backstrap into two pieces so the marinade can get into the meat more and also when finished, you get bite sized pieces. 30 mins at 350 degrees for medium rare. 5 mins low broil to crisp up bacon and you’re good!
